How much sales tax do you charge?

Currenly, state law requires I charge 7.5% sales taxes to only North Carolina residences.

Do you have a guarantee on your items?

I want you to love your beads or jewelry just as much as I did creating them. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return them within 10 days for a refund or replacement. Please give me the courtesy of an email before sending a package. There are occasions when returning an item is not necessary.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently I am set up to accept all major bank transfer, debit and credit cards through Paypal. I will also take checks or money orders. Items will be shipped after the checks have cleared which could be a delay of up 10 business days. The mailing address for payments can be found on the About Me page.

What is the cost and method of shipping?
A:
There is a flat rate cost of $5.00 for USA shipped packages. This cost is the cost for a single bead or up to one pound of items. I will even combine your auction wins into the same package for one calander week. Please email me if you are going to continue to shop.
I will insure the packages for the same cost as the post office, which is $1.35 for the first $50.00. I have decided to self-insure so I can guarantee a fast resolution by replacing or refunding for the lost or damaged items. If insurance is not purchased, you will run the risk of no refund or replacement.
International packages ship for a flat rate minimum of $6.00. I will also self-insure international packages just as I do USA package, but an allowance for delivery time could be 6-8 weeks.

How quick will I get my items?
A:
I ship daily to ensure you receive you itmes as fast as possible. Typically, packages are received by the third busiiness day after receipt of payment unless it is a check.
